Amazing stay

Great accommodations

I enjoy visiting Holiday Inn Club Vacations at The Villages. It's my home away from home, has everything I need to make a great getaway from big city living.

Great Place to Vacation at a Great Price

This is the third time my family of six has vacationed at the Holiday Inn Villages Resort and we love it. Overall, a great place to stay. Surprisingly nice, clean, and lots of fun for a relatively low price. I highly recommend it.

Great getaway for the family!

The rooms and amenities were excellent for our little family getaway! Plenty of fun activities available for our kids, and lots available for parents to do as well!

Outstanding Place!

This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy down time in nature! Clean and lively! The staff is outstanding and accommodating of special needs. Two thumbs up!!

Great vacation for the family

We came to the resort with three grandchildren, ages 7, 6, and 5. They really enjoyed the waterpark and the swimming pools. We also played mini golf. Overall it was a great experience! The room was comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. We needed extra towels and coffee. After a phone call to the front desk everything was delivered to our room within a few minutes. We are considering bringing our whole family (children and all grandkids) for a family reunion/vacation. Thank you!

I enjoyed spending time with family

I really feel that for the amount of money we as customers put in this resort should put a little more effort in. The floors in the activity center were coming up. They don’t have smart TV’s. The outside balcony had way too many spiders. The kids got really bored due to the lack of activities that were free. Back when I was younger they had more outdoor activities and it use to be an overall better experience. I just wish they would put more effort in or lower the price to match the effort given.

Dirty Room

I have already filled out 3 of these "surveys" for the same stay, this will be the last one I do. The scenery and outside patio were very nice, the landscaping was well maintained, the exterior was not the problem; the interior was. It looked like the room hadn't been dusted in 6 months, the furniture was falling apart, the counters were all cut up. The bathrooms were disgusting, we could easily hear every time another guest was using the plumbing, especially when the open power went out Thursday evening. At check out, no one asked us how our stay was, the nicest employee engagement we got was from Austin at check in; he seemed to be the only one that cared. The amenities didn't open until 11am- we had three kids with us during our stay, it would have been nice if it opened at least at 9, not 11.

Wonderful place

We really enjoyed our stay here. Tons of activities for the family to enjoy. The staff is super kind. We loved our villa and enjoyed the extra space it offered for our family of 4. We particularly enjoyed the pool that overlooks the lake. Saw a few magical sunsets from there. Something to note: we were there both during the weekend and week and the week hours of activities do not start until 11, by then we were already hot so we just headed to the pool. (Maybe they have different summer hours after school is out).

The staff answered all my questions and worked to resolve any issues efficiently and effectively. So nice all of them !!
