Great hotel but jump through hops for bill

Nice hotel but have been trying to get the bill for the whole week. Called, requested and still can’t get for work so very frusterated as this was for work.

Nice to have a good experience

My wife and I had wonderful experience at this location when we look for stop overs we will definitely make a effort to stay at one of these places.

Great Value

The property was very well kept and the rooms were very spacious and clean!

Property was well maintained & clean. Unit was outstanding; clean, quiet, well appointed. The facility is centrally located to major attractions and shopping. Staff could not have been nicer!

Large 1 bedroom

We stayed at this club location for the value. It has two outdoor pools and a small indoor pool. We stayed mid September and the outdoor pools were too cold to use- unfortunately they seem to not be heated at all. The kids were bummed. My kids slept on the pull out couch and said it was of normal comfort. The washer and dryer in our not was so wonderful to have even for our short stay. We had an excellent stay and would stay here again.

Spacious, friendly and affordable

The resort was had many amenities. We stayed in the signature suite which was very spacious for a family of 4. The pools are on the smaller side but offer a quiet relaxing spot to just chill. The location was terrific, close to all the major attractions and restaurants.

Great Location

Wonderful location and property. I recommend this property if you need to be close to many attractions. This is a very clean resort.

My guest stay

So I checked in and the beginning and we looked at the room an then we went to the pool which was honestly h best part of the stay when we got back to the room the power in my 1 bedroom room went out at 6 and they came like a hour after I called and said they couldn’t do anything about it tonight so I had to share the pull out in the living room with my wife an 2 kids we left in the morning and told the maintenance that they could work on the room they didn’t come fix the room till 1-2 pm the next day and when they decided to correct the situation was at 4 o’clock that was the down of my vacation.

Excellent hotel with great amenities

Excellent roomy room, plenty useful amenities and nice location and well great maintained place. Close to water park, outlet and many great local restaurants including Le yaca one of the best local French restaurants with amazing food and very affordable price and nice relaxing and elegant dining restaurant

Great Experience!

Overall the hotel was excellent. The suite was clean and well maintained. Having a washer and dryer in the room was an excellent feature to have with children. My only issues had were: the bed was too soft (which is a personal preference, but even wife, who likes a soft bed thought it was too soft); the TV didn't have a guide list, so you could see what was coming on or available on other channels; it took me a couple of days to figure out the TV remote, better guidance would have helped; WIFI was available, but my phone had trouble connecting to it, especially from my room; the kids were excited about having a bowling ally in the hotel, but when we checked it out, it was too expensive for my family. Other activities, miniature golf, were more reasonably priced. The last issue I had was the hard sell to participate in a "join the club" sells pitch (think time-share) while I was checking in. I understood the reason for the pitch, but getting hit with it after a long day on the road turned me off. I was tired and simply wanted to get to my room.
